1Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and cx777k ("cx777k", "we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the cx777k website located at https://cx777k.cam, its associated mobile interface, and all services, products and content offered thereon (collectively, the "Services").

cx777k is an online betting and casino information platform providing guides, educational content and platform access primarily for users in Pakistan and other permitted jurisdictions. • You have not been designated as a self-excluded user or placed under a voluntary or operator-imposed exclusion order.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, officer or close family member of any employee of cx777k or any affiliated entity, except with prior written consent from cx777k compliance.

cx777k reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing reasons, at its sole discretion and in compliance with applicable regulatory obligations.

4Account Registration & KYC

Each eligible individual is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple or linked accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

During the registration process you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and contact number. You undertake to update your Account information promptly if any of these details change.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification is a mandatory requirement of the Platform and may be requested at any of the following stages:

• Prior to the processing of your first withdrawal request;
• When your cumulative deposits or withdrawals exceed specified thresholds;
• At any time the Platform's compliance team reasonably requires verification of identity, address or source of funds;
• Following any account activity that triggers automated or manual review.

Acceptable KYC documents typically include, but are not limited to:

Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by cx777k may result in suspension of withdrawal functionality or, in cases of persistent non-compliance, closure of the Account. All KYC data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5Terms of Use

By accessing and using the Services, you agree to comply with the following conditions of use at all times:

• You will use the Services strictly for lawful, personal and non-commercial purposes only.
• You will not attempt to circumvent, reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble or tamper with any part of the Platform's software, security systems or RNG (Random Number Generator) mechanisms.

• You will keep your Account login credentials, including your username and password, confidential and will not share them with any third party. cx777k will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account as a result of your failure to maintain credential security.
• You will notify cx777k support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to, or activity within, your Account.

6Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports bets, casino wagers and instant game stakes placed on cx777k are subject to the specific product rules applicable to each market or game type, in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict between a specific product rule and these Terms, the specific product rule shall prevail in respect of that product only.

6.1 Sports Betting

cx777k offers betting markets across cricket (including PSL, ICC tournaments, T20 internationals and bilateral Test series), football, UFC, tennis, basketball and other sports markets as available from time to time. The following rules apply to all sports bets:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. cx777k reserves the right to correct palpable errors (manifest odds errors) at any time before settlement.
• Bets placed on events that have already commenced or concluded will be voided, unless in-play betting was explicitly available and the bet was accepted in-play.
• cx777k reserves the right to suspend any market, void any bet or delay settlement where the integrity of an event is in question, where the event is affected by external factors such as abandonment, or where there is evidence of irregular betting activity.
• For cricket markets, PSL and ICC rules govern event outcomes as the primary reference. In the case of abandoned matches, rain interruptions or DLS (Duckworth-Lewis-Stern) application, specific market settlement rules will apply as published in the sportsbook rules section of the Platform.

6.2 Casino & Live Games

• All casino games, including slots, live dealer tables, table games and instant games, use certified RNG technology or live dealer procedures audited by the relevant licensing body.
• Game outcomes are final once settled by the game engine or live dealer. Technical malfunctions that affect game integrity may result in the voiding of the affected round and a refund of the stake.
• Maximum win limits per round or per session may apply to individual games and are displayed within each game's information panel.

7Bonuses & Promotions

cx777k may offer a variety of bonuses and promotional incentives including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, tournament prize pools and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms stated in the relevant promotional offer:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement is stated in the individual bonus terms. Failure to meet the Wagering Requirement within the validity period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Game Contributions: Different game categories contribute to Wagering Requirements at different rates. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games, live casino and certain other categories may contribute at reduced rates or not at all. Specific contribution rates are published in the bonus terms.
• Maximum Bet Restriction: While a bonus is active, a maximum single-bet or stake limit applies (as specified in the individual bonus terms). Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in the cancellation of the bonus and associated winnings.
• One Bonus Per Account: Only one bonus may be claimed per promotion per Account, per household address and per device/IP address, unless the promotion terms expressly permit otherwise.
• Abuse Prevention: cx777k reserves the right to withhold, cancel or reclaim any bonus, and to suspend or close any Account, where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to collusion, the use of multiple accounts, or systematic low-risk wagering designed to clear bonuses without genuine engagement with the Platform.

8Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on cx777k, including deposits and withdrawals, are subject to the following conditions:

8.1 Deposits

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction.
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Payment method references, including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah, are provided as contextual payment references only. Availability of any specific method is subject to change and must be confirmed in the Platform cashier at the time of transacting. 8.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method previously used to deposit into your Account, subject to the method being available for withdrawals.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification. Requests submitted prior to KYC completion will be held pending verification.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the cashier. Processing times vary by payment method and are indicative only — delays may occur due to banking procedures, compliance reviews or technical processing times outside cx777k's control.

9Responsible Gambling

10Intellectual Property

Any unauthorised use of IP Content may constitute an infringement of copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.

11Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Law, cx777k, its directors, officers, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any loss or damage of any kind arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services, including but not limited to:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss or damages;
• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or business opportunity;
• Any loss arising from temporary or permanent unavailability of the Services due to maintenance, technical failure, third-party infrastructure issues or force majeure events;
• Any loss arising from the User's reliance on information, guides or content published on the Platform, which is provided for informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute professional financial, legal or gambling advice;
• Any loss arising from the User's failure to comply with Applicable Law in their jurisdiction, including any legal consequences arising from accessing the Services in a jurisdiction where gambling is prohibited or restricted.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, cx777k's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded as a matter of law.

12Suspension & Termination

cx777k reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any supplementary product rules;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, collusion or other conduct prejudicial to the integrity of the Platform;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Provision of false, misleading or incomplete account registration information;
• Regulatory direction or legal requirement;
• Discovery that the User is resident in or accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.

You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting cx777k support. Upon voluntary closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in your Account (after deduction of any outstanding bonus obligations) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to completed KYC and standard processing times.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, cx777k reserves the right to withhold balances pending investigation, and may forfeit Bonus Funds and associated winnings in their entirety.

13Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which cx777k holds its primary gaming licence, as stated in the operator's official licensing disclosures.

Any disputes that cannot be resolved through cx777k's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration or the applicable dispute resolution body stipulated under the Platform's licensing terms, subject to the User's rights under mandatory consumer protection law in their jurisdiction of residence.

For Pakistani users: these Terms do not constitute a submission to Pakistani jurisdiction, nor do they imply that Pakistani courts have exclusive or primary jurisdiction over disputes. Users in Pakistan access the Services under the laws of the licensing jurisdiction and at their own legal risk given the applicable restrictions under the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. 14Amendments

cx777k reserves the right to amend, modify or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Where changes are material, cx777k will endeavour to provide notice by one or more of the following methods:

• A prominent notice on the Platform homepage or login page;
• An email notification to your registered email address;
• An in-Account notification displayed upon next login.

Amendments take effect at the date specified in the update notice, which will be no less than seven (7) days from the date of notification for material changes, except where a shorter period is required by law or regulatory direction. Your continued use of the Services following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Services and request Account closure before the amendment takes effect.
